We had a small issue with the scooter and the seller was extremely nice and very responsive to our emails and questions. The issue was resolved and we are very happy with the resolution. Assembly was easy and quick. This scooter can really pick up some speed so caution your loved one to be careful. Also, there is no back up sound to warn people around the scooter (which I am very glad about because they drive me nuts) but it could be an issue if backing up in a crowded space. The scooter is heavy and takes 2 people to lift it into the back of our Subaru Outback. Would I buy the same scooter again from the same seller? Yes, I absolutely would! This was a great purchase overall. The scooter seems to be of good quality, the seller was nice, shipping was prompt. There is no way we could have afforded a similar unit from any local medical supply stores. A close friend purchased the same scooter for her mother and is also extremely pleased.

My husband has been recovering from a knee procedure and it will be a long haul. It’s depressing not being able to move around and go outside. This Scooter is AWESOME! We are so very pleased with it. We built it in about 15 minutes including taking it out of the box. It already came charged. 18 miles on the battery, before recharging it. My husband weighs 214 and is 5’10. He has long legs. He fits comfortably and is able to extend the leg that is healing. He can now drive around the neighborhood and not feel so confined. Thankful, I bought it. Great Scooter!

tires are not what company says they are....Vive states that these are from wear. Guess what these blew up on a family member. Vive will not replace them so beware if you purchase.

Love this scooter used it on my dad for year while traveling and then he passed and then gave it to my grandson for use who really needed help . He loves it and go everywhere on it . It is so sturdy and strong definitely recommend it.

Nice scooter. The controls are very easy to useThe seat is adjustable. Took only a few minutes to assemble. It has a lot of speed if you need it. It is a little heavy to lift and it has a wide turning ratio. These are normal for electric scooters. I had one before.

I needed to use this in cold weather. It handled everything like a champ! Icy roads, tight corners, bumpy sidewalks. I was so impressed. It's light enough that able-bodied friends could move it easily. The battery lasted miles and miles.

I love my Scooter. I'm 83 and have not been able to go outside because of pain. I now make it a point to get a breath of fresh air daily. I need to figure out how to put a rear-view mirror on it, as the community I live in has narrow one-way roads with no sidewalks. I tell everone I see where I got my scooter at a very affordable price.
